Metallica have added a segment to their stay performance of “Now That We’re Dead” by which all 4 members play drums.
The track—a cut from their newest album, Hardwired…to Self-Destruct—now includes a roughly two-and-a-half-minute interlude by which guitarists Hatfield and Hammett, as well as bassist Robert Trujillo, hammer away on drums together with drummer Lars Ulrich.
The clip beneath comes from a recent performance in Mexico City. The drum part begins round 5:50.
